BackerCastle offers a money-back guarantee if a client’s project doesn’t get the pledges for the amount they paid. BackerCastle might consider refunding the make-up difference(The Money-Back Guarantee doesn’t comply to project cancelation, suspension, and funding unsuccessful).

Refer a friend campaign

BackerCastle offers customers the ability to refer friends within and outside their networks through email, social media channels and through the site. If you choose to participate in this, you will be required to provide your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Website. BackerCastle stores this information for the sole purpose of sending emails and tracking the success of this referral program.
